The ubiquitous Trump is partnering with Ideal Health, a 12-year-old Massachusetts-based nutritional products company, and renaming it “The Trump Network,” though the partners won’t specify what their financial relationship is.

The products will be sold via multilevel marketing — a method of selling products through a network of distributors. Marketers receive commissions for the products they sell, along with a cut from products sold by other salespeople they’ve recruited.

Critics of such programs say that most of the products are bought by the distributors themselves, and that few of the salespeople actually come out ahead in the end.

Cyber Monday, (the Monday following Black Friday), is typically the biggest online shopping day of the year.

Buyers beware… It’s also the biggest day for identity theft and password phishing.

If past patterns follow, “Cyber Monday” will be one of the biggest online shopping days of the year — and a prime time for identity theft and other scams.

The numbers are moving in the right direction. Sales are increasing and looses decreasing.

Quarterly gross profit increased by 7.6 percent to $1,265,176 for the three months ended September 30, as compared to $1,175,645 for the three months ended June 30, as gross profit margin improved to 59.3 percent from 55.6 percent.

The Dallas Morning News and WFAA, the Belo Corp. owned, ABC television affiliate in D-FW, and an online shopping mall featuring more than 400 well-known retailers. It also includes a cash-back program that pays members when their friends and family shop online through the site. Other features include videos and music, free retro games, sports and entertainment news.

Two posts in one day about new lawsuits!

For some time Evolv has been selling its concoction of Houston city tap water and Archaea Active formula under the pretense of endorsement by the MD Anderson Center.

Well, the MD Anderson Center has now taken offense at this unfounded claim and have sued for damages, (triple damages actually), alleging willful infringements of its’ trademarks.

This seems to have been happening a lot this year. Back in August iJango ran into trouble with Googles trademark people for alleging a partnership where none existed. However, it appears that they had the good sense to stop when they were confronted.

Not so with Evolv.

According to the filings, MD Anderson made several demands that Evolv cease using their trademarks in their marketing efforts and were ignored.

This is what happens when you come out slinging hype and misrepresentations. It comes back to bite you every single time!

As the news of Kevin Thompsons legal action against Efusjon starts to spread several things come to mind. The first of which is;

Will this be the case that finally draws a line between legitimate companies and the MLM scam companies.

It seems that Efusjon has run afoul of many distributors in California.

A class actions law suit has been filed in San Diego County alleging Efusjon to be an illegal pyramid scheme.

This is an action to enjoin Defendants’ operations of a pyramid scheme which is substantially injurious to California Citizens.
