About
My name is Micah Collins. I’m a 50 year old man from the mid-western US. I’m an Information Technology and marketing professional by trade.
Several years ago I was introduced to network marketing by a friend and learned the meaning of abject failure.
Like most, I blamed the company for my failure and moved on to another, (then to another and another).
It wasn’t until we, (my wife and I), had given up on network marketing that we had a chance to step back and look at our failures with fresh eyes.
We found a common problem.
Hype, lies, misrepresentations and, (of course), over promising and under delivering.
In 2008 I noticed that as the economy fell deeper into the tank, direct sales/network marketing started to rise. It seemed that the deeper the recession got the faster direct sales grew.
Remembering the problems that this industry had caused us in the past, I was hesitent to jump back in. So, I resolved to put a great deal of effort into due diligence before joining another company.
Most of what you will find here on HBIZNEWS is the result of that due diligance applied to business opportunities that others have tried to recruit me into.
I hope the information you find here will help others that are taking a serious second look at the home business direct selling industry.
